Summary

Join Modern Health as a Client Success Manager and own large-scale employer relationships, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption and engagement. The position is fully remote, but requires overlapping hours within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. Requirements

  • 8+ years experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech; employer benefit and healthcare space experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success managing your book of business strategically and autonomously, utilizing executive sponsors and senior personnel
  • Engaging presentation skills with a desire to lead high-visibility projects
  • Enthusiastic about tackling new challenges and building scalable processes, with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Experienced in developing and implementing account strategies to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth
  • Impassioned revenue owner capable of closing large expansion opportunities
  • Proactive in addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution
  • Adept with objection handling and independently negotiating with clients
  • Flexible and agile in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and independence
  • Highly coachable, capable of accepting and providing candid feedback
  • Capable of balancing humility and confidence in difficult conversations
  • Intellectually curious and quick to learn and share new concepts, tools, and best practices
  • Effective at influencing cross-functional projects and regularly advising leadership
  • Strong understanding of client business landscapes to support advocacy and drive referrals

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest priority customers
  • Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants
  • Partner with clients to define and execute a custom program strategy for Modern Health that integrates within their broader benefit offerings
  • Convert these clients into Modern Health champions, leveraging their success for references and case studies
  • Strategically use data and insights to guide decision making using storytelling and make actionable recommendations that inform the growth and long-term success of the partnership
  • Use account data in Looker and Salesforce to understand and diagnose client health and opportunity/risk
  • Drive success in tangible engagement and revenue metrics (e.g. improved wellness outcomes, benefits, retention and renewals, or product expansion)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to advocate for clients and drive successful adoption of Modern Health
