Summary

Hint Connect is hiring a Client Success Manager to help shape and grow the client success function within their company. The CSM will build relationships with clients, understand their business goals, and ensure client satisfaction. They will also lead cross-team coordination and collaboration, and oversee project management within the client and internally. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in client success/account management related to benefits and healthcare, is a self-starter, and has strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Self-starter; able to hold yourself accountable to goals and manage your time to achieve goals
  • 5-8 years of experience in client success/account management related to benefits and healthcare
  • A drive toward excellence and unparalleled attention to detail
  • Comfort with change. We are a startup and need people who are ok with an evolving landscape
  • Comprehensive understanding of employer’s needs and pain points for health benefits and the benefits sales/implementation timeline
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company where change is the norm
  • Personal accountability; own decisions, actions, and process needed to support healthy long term client relationships
  • Strong communication skills to articulate a compelling value proposition, deliver insights, and manage difficult conversations
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to travel onsite with clients and large prospects (travel likely to be about 1-2 trip per month lasting 1-2 days each)
  • Lives in the US and eligible to work legally in the US for Hint Health

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate smooth customer transitions from Sales
  • Be the relationship lead and day-to-day contact for our customers
  • Build strong relationships with the clients' advisors/brokers/consultants
  • Client implementation, including account set up in Hint Software, member education, enrollment, provider selection
  • Ongoing account management, including using Hint software for invoicing
  • Proactively manage potential escalations with the leadership team and generally be the voice of the customer with internal teams
  • Be a thought partner, working with our sales, network development, marketing and product teams to help create a product that can deliver the best customer experience at scale
