Summary

You will guide new clients through onboarding, monitor projects to meet enrollment targets, build strong client relationships, maintain clear communication, and ensure quality and compliance. This 100% remote position offers unlimited paid leave and total compensation 20% above market. The ideal candidate is client-focused, excels at building relationships, proactively solves problems, communicates effectively, is organized, and understands data privacy. Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident using our systems and understand how we help them reach their goals
• Proactively monitor client projects to ensure enrollment targets are met, and swiftly address any roadblocks along the way
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service that encourages repeat business and enthusiastic referrals
• Maintain clear, timely, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track and clients informed
• Ensure quality standards are met and client data is handled securely, in line with privacy regulations
