Summary

Join I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa and work as a Client Therapy Coordinator for a global BPO company supporting a US-based provider of in-home healthcare services. You will match clients with therapists based on clinical needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth client experience. This remote role requires strong coordination, customer service, and healthcare experience. The position demands working US hours (9 am to 6 pm EST, 3 pm to midnight South African time), a reliable internet connection (fixed fiber line with 25 Mbps minimum speed), and a power backup solution. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Only South African citizens are eligible.

Requirements

  • Working Hours: This role requires you to work USA hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00pm to 24h00am South African time. These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings and/or the operational requirements of the company.)
  • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered
  • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages . Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and therapists via phone and email to support therapist-client pairing
  • Understand client needs and preferences to make appropriate therapist matches
  • Update and maintain accurate records in scheduling and tracking systems
  • Provide responsive, empathetic customer service to clients and therapists
  • Communicate effectively with U.S.-based supervisors and remote team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare or homecare administration / support is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of tech-savviness; comfortable working with multiple digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems
