Clinical Account Executive

Join DELFI as a Clinical Account Representative and promote our innovative FirstLook Lung test to healthcare providers. This role focuses on building strong relationships and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for conducting product presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team. Success in this role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of sales experience in the diagnostics industry, and a strong understanding of laboratory practices. DELFI offers a competitive salary ($120,000 - $155,000), plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The position requires approximately 40-50% travel within the assigned territory. DELFI is open to applicants within 100 miles of Houston, TX, with designated in-office days for those within 50 miles of Palo Alto, CA or Baltimore, MD offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics industry
• Strong understanding of laboratory practices and diagnostic testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (40 - 50%)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinics to promote our laboratory diagnostic products
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide feedback from healthcare providers to the product development team to enhance product offerings
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our services
