Summary
Join Vim, a rapidly growing middleware platform transforming healthcare, and drive commercial efforts in the ACO/MSO space. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from strategy to execution, achieving a multi-million dollar annual quota. This high-impact role involves selling complex technology solutions to senior decision-makers in high-growth MSOs and ACOs, building strategic partnerships. You will develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, build C-level relationships, and structure complex SaaS agreements. Success requires collaboration with internal teams and reporting on key sales metrics. Represent Vim at industry events and within relevant networks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3+ years specifically selling to ACOs, MSOs, or value-based care entities
- Proven ability to meet or exceed a $3M+ quota by closing large-scale, strategic deals with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of ACO/MSO economic models, shared savings contracts, and clinical performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS, Stars)
- Experience with value-based care technology (e.g., care enablement, population health, workflow integration)
- Strong executive presence and mastery of solution selling, challenger sale, or similar enterprise methodologies
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and influencing complex decision-making processes
- Highly autonomous with a startup mindset and bias for action
- Strong CRM discipline and ability to forecast accurately and consistently
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of ACO/MSO prospects and opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close
- Build relationships with C-level leaders across clinical, financial, and technology domains
- Structure and execute complex, multi-year SaaS agreements with performance-based pricing models
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, implementation, and customer success to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction
- Track and report on key sales metrics and forecast accuracy using Salesforce
- Represent Vim at key industry events and within relevant networks
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network and relationships within the MSO/ACO community (e.g., Privia, Oak Street, Agilon, Aledade)
- Familiarity with EHR-integrated platforms or FHIR-based data exchange solutions
- Experience working in or with Series B/C-stage healthcare startups
- Previous experience selling solutions embedded in clinical workflow or payer-provider connectivity tools
