Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related)
- 1-2 years experience as a data analyst in the healthcare technology space or related field
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Looker (data visualization), dbt, or other business intelligence tools
- Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with Python or R and ability to write clean, maintainable code for data analysis
- Clinical analytics training and including experience analyzing clinical outcomes data (both biometric and self-reported) and healthcare claims (medical and pharmacy) data
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy guidelines as they relate to PHI and digital health
- Experience with claim files and definitions
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams including product managers, designers and engineers
- Experience in data/database management
- Proactive and collaborative working style and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing company
- Basic statistical analysis
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer success, product and enterprise teams to support robust clinical outcomes monitoring and reporting
- Clinical data quality control and cleaning
- Clinical (biometrics, self-report, survey-based, claims-based) data reporting for internal and external clients
- Clinical outcomes analytics that includes trend analysis and creating visualizations to communicate health outcomes and drive cost efficiency within a clinical protocol/intervention
- Develop dashboards, reports and documentation to help teams make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other analysts, data scientists, engineers and clinical researchers to ensure data quality and analytical rigor

- $100,000 - $115,000 a year
