Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex analytical projects from conception to implementation
  • Expertise in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business processes
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and practiced with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
  • Proven ability to act autonomously, take initiative and be innovative
  • Substantiated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, prioritize multiple projects, and solve problems under tight deadlines and limited resources
  • Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States

  • A stable high-speed internet connection for remote work

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data analysis projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, reliability and completeness
  • Drive meaningful interpretation of data findings, translating raw data into operational insights
  • Build comprehensive analytics frameworks to evaluate complex datasets and monitor key performance metrics
  • Identify and develop leading indicators to predict product performance and outcomes
  • Write efficient SQL queries and develop automated data pipelines to perform deep-dive analyses
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in our product offerings and supporting operational and performance data
  • Collaborate with data science, customer success, and product teams to ensure that data analyses remain efficient and effective in supporting business objectives over time
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies in BI, data analytics, and data visualization to improve our BI capabilities continuously

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $145,000-$160,000/year
