Summary

Join LGC Clinical Diagnostics as a Corporate Account Manager and drive growth with our largest customer and strategic partner. This exciting role focuses on converting clinical diagnostics labs and network labs across EMEA, strategically selling and networking within our partners' commercial leadership team. You will also manage strategic accounts at our partners' manufacturing and R&D sites, selling critical tools. The position requires managing sales targets, developing strategies, leading business reviews, and identifying solutions for client needs. Based remotely in Europe with significant travel, this role demands strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Biochemistry & Immunoassay expertise is essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in an IVD related sales management role, focusing on B2B strategic partnerships and/or corporate account management
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in biomedical science, or a related field e.g. clinical biochemistry
  • Biochemistry & Immunoassay expertise
  • Strong communication and presenting skills, comfortable pitching to a senior level
  • Advanced Excel and finance skills to support with sales forecasting & complex price modelling

Responsibilities

  • Manage and achieve sales targets, taking responsibility for revenue, margin, and unit goals
  • Network across all levels, from C-level executives to laboratory scientists, performing sales analysis to create short- and long-term forecasts
  • Lead the development of strategy with our primary partner, creating a roadmap to capture new opportunities, present proposals, and handle senior-level negotiations and contracts
  • Drive business reviews, presenting performance updates and identifying areas for growth to strengthen the partnership
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for the account, acting as the point of contact for commercial communications and supporting the sales team throughout the process
  • Identify solutions for client needs, overseeing customer demand, and coordinating product delivery with production
  • Contribute to new product development and work on boosting international brand awareness through roadshows and tradeshows
