Summary

Join Bayada-RX as a Clinical Manager in our Elmsford, NY home care office and lead the team to provide exceptional care to clients of all ages throughout Westchester, Orange, Putnam County & Bronx Borough. As a Clinical Manager, your day may look like leading, inspiring, and motivating others, visiting adult and pediatrics skilled nursing clients, developing care plans, supervising RNs and LPNs, facilitating new hire orientation, and conducting competencies on new and tenured staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
• Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Westchester, Orange, Putnam County & Bronx Borough
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution
• Supervise RN's and LPN's in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff
