Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable work experience
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience. At least 7 years of full time IC work and at least 3 years of hands on people management experience
• Experience that involves performance management, mentoring, and career growth
• Demonstrable project management experience across multiple teams
• Experience working cross-functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills
