Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Google tools, particularly Google Sheets
- Prior experience in process analysis and improvement
Responsibilities
- Ensure the success of the partner payment process
- Maintain up-to-date partner registration information
- Define pricing strategies for partners
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose changes to enhance operational productivity and quality
- Establish processes and tools to collect and measure relevant data, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven analyses of critical functions

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Pipefy
- A curious individual with a thirst for learning, comfortable working in unstructured, new, and constantly changing environments
- Strong analytical skills and ease in organizing processes and routines
