Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in Google tools, particularly Google Sheets
• Prior experience in process analysis and improvement

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of the partner payment process
• Maintain up-to-date partner registration information
• Define pricing strategies for partners
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose changes to enhance operational productivity and quality
• Establish processes and tools to collect and measure relevant data, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven analyses of critical functions

• Experience with tools like Pipefy
