Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the FP&A organization and processes as the company scales. You will be responsible for leading operations reporting, budgeting and forecasting, business variance analysis, vendor spend planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements
- 3-4 yrs experience in total (Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A)
- B2B2C, marketplace, or B2B SaaS (subscription business)
- Superior excel and presentation building skills (building forecast models)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of functions
- Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns and translate data into conclusions

Responsibilities
- Lead Operations Reporting: Own the weekly provider cost reporting and monthly OPEX reporting for the Operations team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and three-year planning for the Operations team and select lines of business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Business Variance Analysis (BVA): Support the BVA process by comparing forecasts for COGS, Gross Margin, and OPEX to actual performance at the department and customer levels, identifying key drivers of variance and recommending corrective actions
- Vendor Spend Planning: Manage the third-party vendor planning process, collaborating closely with Operations leadership to ensure spend alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to provide real-time financial insights and ensure accurate cost assumptions, fostering transparency across stakeholders
- Business Process Improvement: Serve as a business leader in driving operational efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements to business practices and financial processes
- Strategic Planning Support: Lead end-to-end financial analysis for strategic planning, focusing on headcount, third-party spend, and investment opportunities to support business growth and profitability
- Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Develop detailed, scenario-based financial models to evaluate investment priorities, assess risks, and recommend actionable alternatives to guide decision-making
- KPI & Metric Management: Partner with business leaders to define, measure, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), SaaS metrics, and unit economics, with a particular focus on operating efficiencies
- Management Reporting: Prepare, evolve and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to provide actionable insights for the Operations team and senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Looker, Pigment
- Ability to work with Python, R, or SQL
