Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in healthcare, healthtech or behavioral health tech space
- 1-2 years experience in startup environment
- Project management experience
- Gets stuff done and prioritizes outcomes - a self-starter who takes initiative, executes efficiently, and continuously iterates to drive improvements in cross-functional work
- Loves diving into data to problem solve and guide work. Excited to learn tools like SQL and Looker
- Ability to thinking strategically with a balanced analytical and creative approach
- Ability to use data to make recommendations and get to the best answer/outcomes
- Ability to identify the solution and get into the weeds to implement it
Responsibilities
- Learn the ropes: come to understand how our EHR works with our SaaS app, as well as become an expert on cliniciansโ workflows and our data structure
- Take over clinical pre-payroll checks, checking cliniciansโ documentation for accuracy to ensure correct payment
- Learn how to build reports for investigating issues for Clinicians and Clinical Managers
- Get to know the team!
- Build technical clinical-training resources
- Engage with clinician leads for systems training and knowledge reinforcement
- Troubleshoot clinician technical questions related to Healthie and the Cartwheel App
- Build reports for Clinical Managers to investigate individual clinicianโs issues as well as drive best practices across clinician teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Care Coordination to improve day-to-day clinician activities
