Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a growth, business development, strategy, or consulting role, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or health tech
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and synthesize data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports
  • Passion for improving healthcare and making an impact on the lives of patients and caregivers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth, President, and CEO to drive outreach and engagement efforts with key prospective partners
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks for growth and inform business development strategies
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, coordinate outreach efforts, and lead proposal development for potential partners
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to drive research, analyses, and recommendations on key strategic priorities with visibility at the leadership level and Board
  • Support efforts to operationalize new partnerships by driving execution, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding and activation
  • Analyze partnership performance, identify opportunities to standardize and scale operational processes, and drive practice engagement efforts on the ground
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, clinical, product, and operations to ensure alignment in growth strategies and seamless execution of initiatives
