Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Experience with Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data analytics

Responsibilities

• Collect relevant clinical data via various platforms on a timely cadence
• Organize data and formulate it into digestible and applicable presentations and reports
• Track, provide oversight, and complete various audits of clinical documentation and practices
• Be a content expert on all Spring protocols and processes
• Be a content expert of all Spring’s regulatory bodies including, but not limited to, AAAASF, CLIA, CAP, and FDA
• Oversee and support managers in the completion of all documentation for updating clinical certifications and licensures to ensure compliance at all centers
• Support in the preparation and execution of applicable site inspections
• Be knowledgeable and up to date on changing recommendations and regulations of all governing bodies including local, state, and federal organizations
• Collaborate with Human Resources and applicable managers to maintain and audit clinical professional employee files to ensure compliance
• Be proficient in the electronic medical record system, IDEAS, to maintain and update clinical documentation, templates, and reports
• Be proficient in the contract management and eLearning system, EngagedMD, to maintain and update forms
• Be proficient in Spring’s SharePoint to organize and maintain the applicable Policies and Procedures site, including build-out and editing pages/sites as appropriate
• Be proficient in the patient communication digital platform, Salve, to maintain and update all content and templates and be a resource of support to staff
• Effectively and professionally collaborate with various managers and departments
