Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare environments
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or departments simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation management, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Act as the administrative support for the Clinical Operations team, encompassing Training, Enablement, and Quality Assurance departments
  • Support and coordinate scheduling for provider onboarding sessions, training programs, and quality reviews
  • Manage and maintain documentation, workflows, resources, and databases across Clinical Operations
  • Coordinate external communications with health systems partners related to meeting schedule and data request
  • Prepare materials for training sessions and provider onboarding
  • Track provider completion of onboarding milestones and training requirements
  • Develop systems to collect training data and generate reports on provider completion status for management review
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating of training sessions and workshops
  • Help maintain the digital infrastructure for training delivery
  • Support the development and distribution of clinical resources and training materials
  • Collate feedback from post-onboarding surveys and create summary reports to identify improvement opportunities
  • Create accountability workflows for clinical managers to track training completion and competencies
  • Assist with the coordination of clinical audit processes and documentation
  • Help track and organize quality improvement initiatives
  • Support data collection, management, and reporting for quality metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of provider certifications, competencies, and continuing education
  • Help monitor adherence to clinical standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure all workflow documentation is up-to-date and consistent across all resources and systems
  • Maintain documentation templates and consistency
  • Contribute to synthesizing resources, identifying resource gaps, and prioritizing resource creation
  • Assist with surveying providers to gather feedback on operational effectiveness
  • Support the Senior Manager of Quality Improvement in developing scalable solutions for clinical operations needs

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of healthcare terminology and clinical environments is a plus
