Summary

You will source candidates, conduct interviews, manage the onboarding process, and collaborate with clinical leads. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in clinical or healthcare roles (Pharmacists, Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Technicians, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for clinical roles using various methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, internal applicants, and referrals
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates to build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements and ensure alignment with Arine's needs and culture
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews with candidates to evaluate their clinical expertise, experience, and cultural fit for the roles
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Care Leads to ensure the successful vetting and shortlisting of candidates for interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide candidates with information about the interview process, expectations, and position details
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage negotiations as necessary, ensuring both a smooth and positive experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing clear and transparent communication
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring candidates complete all necessary compliance and documentation, including background checks, licenses, certifications, and training
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Care team to ensure all new hires are successfully integrated and compliant with Arine's operational standards
  • Work closely with Clinical Care Leads to ensure accurate forecasting of recruitment needs and to prioritize high-volume roles
  • Report on recruiting metrics, providing regular updates to the Recruiting Manager, Clinical Care Leads, and Head of Operations on candidate pipelines, hiring statuses, and overall progress
  • Provide feedback and work on projects to refine and improve the clinical recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with Arineโ€™s hiring goals
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall recruiting and onboarding experience by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or a related field
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
  • Proven experience employing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and promote inclusive hiring practices
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple requisitions at once
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry requirements, certifications, and compliance standards
  • Data driven with the ability to use recruitment metrics (e.g., OAR, time to fill, retention rates) to assess and optimize hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement in recruitment performance
  • Bias for action with a demonstrated ability to take swift and decisive action in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback, ensuring timely progress throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities, allowing for the effective management of multiple recruitment processes while ensuring clear, transparent, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Empathy and a genuine care for the candidate experience, ensuring that candidates feel valued, respected, and supported throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive relationships regardless of the outcome
  • Proactive and motivated individual who thrives as a self-starter, while also being an effective team player; able to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including the People, General & Administrative, Operations, and Clinical Care teams, to drive recruitment success and achieve organizational goals
