Summary

Join aptihealth as a Clinical Supervisor and lead a team of Behavioral Health Specialists, Intake Specialists, and Prescribers. Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor(LMHC)
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Clinical Supervisor or similar role
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law
  • Ability to handle medical records and employee documents discreetly
  • Highly organized and ability to operate in multiple software and web-based applications
  • Excellent communication skills; articulate with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a cohesive and positive team environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Train new hires on Company policy, procedure, and clinical protocols, act as first-line resource for employee questions regarding the same
  • Contribute to clinical knowledgebase and training resources
  • Liaise with Medical Group Management team regarding BHS, Intake Specialist or Prescriber concerns; identify problem areas, investigate root cause and propose solutions
  • Liaise with Medical Group Management and Product teams to ensure smooth operation, act as spokesperson for team, articulating enhancements to improve platform performance and usability
  • Ensure proper coding & documentation of patient billable transactions
  • Provide complex case coordination
  • Manage patient panels and appropriate spread of patients across team
  • Contribute to development of policy & procedure, implement and enforce policy & procedure
  • Ensure Provider understanding and compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and highest ethical standards
