Requirements

  • Au.D or Master’s Degree in Audiology required
  • 2+ years of hearing aid sales or dispensing either in a clinical environment or in a territory sales or training role
  • Strong problem solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient knowledge of hearing aid technology and industry practices

Responsibilities

  • Perform expert training, support, and leadership to field professionals on all matters related to product portfolio
  • Provide audiological and technical support to Hearing Healthcare Professionals with regard to device fitting, software & product
  • Conduct regional, in-office, and online customer training activities
  • Interface with various inter-company departments to provide training and support for product lines, product launches
  • Represent at local and national seminars and events

Benefits

Compensation: OTE $118k - $136k, company car, plus all travel expenses, 401K, Benefits, etc
