Clinical Trainer

Summary

The job involves providing expert training, support, and leadership to field professionals on the product portfolio of a hearing device company. The role requires audiological and technical support for Hearing Healthcare Professionals, conducting customer training activities, interfacing with various departments, and representing at local and national seminars and events.

Requirements

• Au.D or Master’s Degree in Audiology required
• 2+ years of hearing aid sales or dispensing either in a clinical environment or in a territory sales or training role
• Strong problem solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Team player
• Proficient knowledge of hearing aid technology and industry practices

Responsibilities

• Perform expert training, support, and leadership to field professionals on all matters related to product portfolio
• Provide audiological and technical support to Hearing Healthcare Professionals with regard to device fitting, software & product
• Conduct regional, in-office, and online customer training activities
• Interface with various inter-company departments to provide training and support for product lines, product launches
• Represent at local and national seminars and events

Benefits

Compensation: OTE $118k - $136k, company car, plus all travel expenses, 401K, Benefits, etc
