Summary

Join Spring Health as a Clinical Trainer and deliver engaging clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person. You will assist in developing and growing a global training program, collaborating on measuring training effectiveness and expanding clinical training offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and training evaluation techniques. You will need an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy and at least 3 years of post-graduate experience, including 1 year of post-licensed experience. Spring Health offers a competitive total rewards package including a target salary range of $86,000-$106,250, stock options, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements

  • Have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year of post-licensed experience
  • Be comfortable with technology and be competent engaging learners virtually
  • Have training experience in training, a strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques
  • Have a solid understanding of instructional design and content development
  • Be knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques
  • Communicate effectively with customers and fellow Spring team members

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner
  • Work with customers and internal Spring Employees to meet the needs of customers
  • Collaborate with global providers to recognize culturally sensitive modifications to materials
  • Develop clinical content and training materials utilizing engagement techniques
  • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Collaborate to continue to grow clinical training offerings and measurements of effectiveness
  • Work as a team player assisting with Wellsprings and onsite health fairs as needed
  • Mentor and support providers to develop facilitation skills, ensuring consistent training quality
  • Expand offerings to include additional webinars, wellsprings, and innovative formats like recordings, podcasts, and condensed materials
  • Ensure average Kirkpatrick Level 1 satisfaction scores remain at or above 4.5 out of 5.0
  • Provide feedback to SpringWorks clinicians to elevate training quality
  • Respond to CT&P requests within the sales cycle by delivering sample training plans, demo webinars/wellsprings, and innovative solutions tailored to market needs
