Summary

Join our team as a Cloud Consultant and help enterprise clients optimize their cloud technology adoption. You will advise major companies on cloud architecture, big data analytics, finance, and business strategy, driving efficient cloud usage. This customer-facing role requires cross-functional expertise and involves analyzing complex datasets to provide insightful recommendations. You will manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure alignment between cloud technology and business goals. The position offers remote work opportunities within specified regions of Mexico. This is a permanent, remote role.

Requirements

  • Significant customer-facing experience and success managing senior and executive stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with big data, including tools or languages like SQL, Python, Tableau, etc
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines smoothly
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to wrangle data to generate insights for exec stakeholders
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS PowerPoint
  • Subject matter expertise in cloud platforms and services including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • BS in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ total years of relevant experience, preferably in FinOps/Cloud/IT/Management consulting or similar roles

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver fast-paced, high-impact engagements with enterprise companies
  • Build relationships with client-side and internal stakeholders to drive successful engagements
  • Deliver recommendations on topics ranging from architectural optimization to organizational management
  • Serve as a multi-cloud subject-matter expert, helping clients plan and execute efficient adoption and integration of cloud technologies and platforms
  • Enable clients to understand and use their cloud data across technical and non-technical business units
  • Derive insights and recommendations based on big data
  • Assess client needs and provide elegant solutions and recommendations
  • Adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect) preferred
  • Knowledge of Cloud Billing systems is a plus
  • Bonus points for Cloud Management Platform experience or certs (e.g., CloudHealth, Cloudability)

  • This opportunity is a permanent remote job, but you need to be based in Mexico at one of the above locations
