Leveraging your 3+ years of CRM implementation experience and HubSpot expertise, you will define business requirements, architect solutions, and configure best-practice HubSpot workflows and automations. You will work directly with clients, from entry-level to C-level, presenting solutions and guiding reporting strategies. Your strong problem-solving and project management skills will be essential in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. Experience with Salesforce and API integrations is a plus. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation
- HubSpot expertise is a must, with hands-on experience configuring workflows, automations, and integrations
- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and CRM customizations
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging Hubspot
- Recommend and configure best practice solutions. This includes confidently and comfortably presenting to and discussing solutions with clients ranging from entry level to C-level members
- Work with clients to understand and provide guidance on reporting strategy, inside and outside of marketing automation, to include key performance indicators, dashboards, and closed loop reporting to track campaign. activity, effectiveness, and profitability
- Analyze marketing and/or sales operational processes to identify and recommend efficiencies
- Ensure timeliness and quality of all project deliverables
- Manage multiple projects that are delivered on time and on budget
- Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to understand their business goals and develop aligned marketing objectives
- Prepare proposed marketing strategy documents tuned with the clients long-term goals
- Conduct consultation calls with client stakeholders to advise various topics such as Campaign management, lead scoring and assignment. channel strategy etc
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce is a plus, including Sales Cloud, integrations, and reporting for homebuilder sales and operations teams
