Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on professional experience in a Cloud, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering role
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
• Experience working with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and practices (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering of backend solutions aimed at improving developer onboarding and managing cloud workloads
• Diagnose and resolve issues with GCP services, Kubernetes deployments, Terraform setups, and other cloud-based technologies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients, offering updates on problem resolution and ensuring a positive experience
• Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing and client training
• Actively seek ways to enhance processes, tools, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification (e.g., Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Developer)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools commonly used in cloud environments (e.g., Stackdriver, Prometheus, ELK Stack)
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols relevant to cloud computing (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
