Requirements

• SaaS Background: Proven experience in SaaS environments
• DevOps Expertise: 5+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in global companies
• Leadership Track Record: 2+ years successfully managing technical teams
• Visionary Communicator: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and inspire teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Cloud Services experts, fostering growth and technical excellence (Kafka, Aerospike, Vault, Falco, AWS and Azure managed services)
• Craft and implement a compelling vision for our Managed Services, Security and Access Management
• Drive platform-wide improvements as a key member of the Platform leadership team
• Collaborate cross-functionally on architecture, design, and planning initiatives
• Spearhead major projects across our multi-cloud environments
• Champion production stability and performance across our ecosystem
• Work with cutting-edge technologies to manage high-scale SaaS and big data environments
• Partner closely with engineering leadership, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager of Platform Engineering
