Cloud Systems Administrator

Summary

Everbridge is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to join their team based in Hungary for a remote position. The candidate will maintain and enhance the company's Travel Risk Management and SaaS-based Critical Event Management platforms using AWS infrastructure and Microsoft Windows Server & SQL Server.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Administration (AWS)
• 3+ years of experience in Networking (AWS)
• 2+ years of experience in Windows Server Management
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft IIS, ASP.NET administration
• 1+ years of experience in MS SQL Server cluster management
• Experience in working in a platform support environment (Jira)
• Experience in building/managing CI/CD Pipelines/Automation (Terraform, Spinnaker)
• Experience working with Monitoring/Observability tools (CloudWatch, DataDog, Sumologic, Qualys, Grafana, Prometheus)

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of full-stack developers
• Administer and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS)
• Administer and maintain cloud-based server instances (Microsoft Windows Server & SQL Server)
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
• Support the security team in assessing and resolving vulnerabilities
