You will build and optimize personalized email sequences, manage CRM platforms, and utilize automation tools like Smartlead, Apollo, Lusha, and Zapier. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in cold email marketing, data enrichment, and CRM management. A data-driven mindset and proficiency in various tools are essential. The role involves setting up and optimizing campaigns, managing data operations, integrating automation workflows, and analyzing performance data.

Requirements

• 3+ years in cold email marketing, data operations, or CRM management
• Expertise in email infrastructure setup, authentication protocols, and automation tools
• Strong experience handling large datasets, ensuring data integrity, and automating workflows
• Proficiency in Smartlead, Instantly.ai, Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn automation, and Zapier
• Understanding of segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies for outbound campaigns

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize personalized cold email sequences
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and messaging
• Track performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates
• Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox rotation for high deliverability
• Implement email warm-up strategies
• Maintain sender reputation by proactively managing blacklists and issues
• Enrich contacts from tools like Clay and Prospeo to find quality leads
• Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Automate data movement between platforms
• Ensure seamless integration using Zapier or similar tools
• Use scraping tools like Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator to build targeted lead lists
• Segment audiences
• Implement behavioral tracking to refine targeting
• Oversee cold email campaigns, ensuring accuracy in execution, tracking, and reporting
• Continuously optimize outreach efforts based on performance data
