Summary

Join Twilio as a Commercial Account Executive for Segment Sales, focusing on selling Segment’s Customer Data Platform in France. This role involves leading the full sales cycle, landing new logos, and expanding existing accounts within the Commercial territory. You will build upon the growth and adoption of Segment Commercial clients, lead presentations, develop expansion opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and involves team development and mentoring. This remote role is based in the United Kingdom and includes approximately 25% travel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider, with a record of top performance
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions - You know what it means to navigate a complex organization and build value with business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in team selling environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving work environment

  • Fluent French speaker

Responsibilities

  • Build upon the growth & adoption of Segment Commercial clients, up to 2000 employees
  • Lead compelling presentations of Segment’s product and vision to a broad range of audiences from c-level executives to individual contributors
  • Develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and land new target accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively handling your pipeline of opportunities
  • Partner with and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product) to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles
  • Engage in team development and mentoring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling for mid-market clients
  • Cross selling experience in IT, Marketing, Data, Analytics and Engineering
  • Business value selling experience
  • MEDDIC, Command of the Message and Challenger experience
