Commercial Examiner

Summary

Join a well-established Title Insurance Company in the Milwaukee area as a Commercial Title Examiner. You will conduct real estate title searches, examine title history for properties, and provide timely answers to transaction-specific title questions. This role requires a strong understanding of complex metes and bounds legal descriptions and complex title issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience performing commercial real estate searches and examining title history
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to shift priorities easily
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer Service
• Ability to work independently; and also function as a team member
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology

Responsibilities

• Perform real estate title searches and examining title history for properties
• Provide internal customers and teammates with timely answers to transaction specific title questions
