Join Precisely's FP&A Global Commissions team as a Commission Analyst and play a key role in managing sales commission plans. You will administer and maintain the Xactly system, ensuring accurate and timely commission calculations. Responsibilities include managing the monthly and quarterly commission payout process, compiling and analyzing monthly close data, and maintaining employee information within the system. You will also develop and implement commission plans, validate and load data, and provide support to sales teams on commission-related inquiries. Collaboration with payroll and cross-functional teams is essential for process improvement and system enhancements. This fully remote role is based in the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering sales commission plans in Xactly or a similar system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage sales commission process for monthly and quarterly commission payout
- Compile, review and analyze monthly close with your manager
- Administer and maintain the Xactly system to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations
- Maintain new hires, termed, LOA and hierarchy in Xactly system including VOTE
- Develop, implement and route commission plans in Xactly system
- Validate and load monthly data into Xactly system
- Provide support to sales team members and sales management on commission calculations and commission related inquiries
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Participate in plan design and provide recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Xactly and SFDC is a plus
