Summary
Join a rapidly growing, global SaaS company as a Sales Executive based in the UK. Drive new business by prospecting, managing your territory, and making occasional onsite visits. Collaborate with sales engineering and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer transitions. Focus on acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. Performance is measured by a quota-based sales territory. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree with 2 years of relevant sales experience, or some post-secondary education with 3 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 1 year in a commission-based sales role
- Fluent in English
- Effective communicator with strong verbal, non-verbal, and written skills, capable of adjusting tone and style to engage different audiences
- Demonstrated integrity, relationship-building skills, and leadership abilities
- Ability to clearly translate and communicate business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise
Responsibilities
- Drive a prescriptive sales process to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within a defined sales territory, and prospect for new clients through various strategies
- Engage and nurture qualified leads from different teams (e.g., Channel, Logistics, Analytics, Marketing) and cross-sell or upsell to existing customers
- Nurture prospects and current customers; cross-sell and upsell existing subscribers
- Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed annual reoccurring revenue (ARR) quota while documenting key activities and insights in Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with the account team to leverage existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Customer Success
- Maintain customer satisfaction; respond to customers in a timely manner; ensure the customer has proper alignment with Customer Success
