Summary

Join Smartsheet as a Commissions Analyst and ensure timely and accurate monthly commission processing and payments. You will master commission reconciliation and analysis, complete monthly audits, and provide user support for commission and sales systems (Salesforce, DocuSign). Manage user roles and security within the commission system, adhering to SOX controls, and maintain data quality by managing, editing, and cleansing records. This remote position reports to the Commissions Operations Manager in Bellevue, WA and requires 3+ years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis. Requirements

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical solutions to determine accuracy of commissions
  • 3+ years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to embrace new technology, applications and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis
  • Complete monthly audit processes accurately adhering to timelines
  • Perform user support for our commissions system, and other sales systems including Salesforce and DocuSign
  • Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, workflow rules and dashboards in the commission system while following strict adherence to SOX controls
  • Monitor data quality
  • Managing and editing records and data
  • Perform data cleansing and removing database duplicates
  • Maintain documentation for all processes and controls

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a commission system such as CaptivateIQ a plus as well as other sales tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, etc
