Communication and Content Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR (preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in copywriting, content strategy and development, or digital marketing. (preferred)
• Willingness to learn about financial services and creating digital content for a financial platform
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives across multiple channels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in coordinating, prioritizing, and managing concurrent projects and deadlines
• Adaptability to evolving needs and priorities
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Copyediting experience with documented standards including brand guidelines, style, voice, and tone

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to produce consistent, high-quality content, including, but not limited to email, direct mail, blog posts, web pages, newsletters, social posts, and video scripts
• Partner with UX designers to develop content for web and mobile experiences, as well as landing page content
• Help strategize, implement, and maintain a consistent content strategy throughout the product experience, reviewing customer insights to best understand how they interact with our platform, using data to inform decisions, and building alignment between UX and marketing content
• Help drive content through a multi-step approval process with internal stakeholders, compliance, legal, internal experts, SMEs, etc
• Be proficient with AI tools to help create content
• Coordinate with your brand and communications team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the customer experience is seamless across products and channels

• $68,000 - $85,000 a year
• In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target is 20%
