Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on both internal communications and media relations
  • Proven ability to build and manage internal communications programs, including crafting messages, writing campaigns, and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong media relations experience with a demonstrated track record of securing press coverage across multiple channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to remain adaptable and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement an internal communications strategy to support Feeld's growing team and culture
  • Develop and manage internal campaigns, organizational announcements, and employee updates to foster engagement and transparency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging
  • Provide media relations support by drafting press materials, pitching stories, and securing media coverage aligned with Feeldโ€™s values and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Brand Communications Lead to manage both proactive and reactive media outreach
  • Track and report on communications effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
  • Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content
  • Develop responsive communications to address Member concerns or escalations from an internal representative, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in journalism, strategic communications, or equivalent
  • Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
  • Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
