Summary

Join Jill's team at Assystem Group as the ambassador for internal and external communication. A degree in Marketing/Communication and at least two years of experience as a Communications Officer are required. Bonus points for experience in the energy transition sector and video editing.

Requirements

  • Produce well-structured content with a strong sense of appeal
  • Pay close attention to orthography
  • Be proactive and always find solutions!
  • Be creative and have strong graphic skills (Photoshop or Canva)
  • Have solid project management skills: be highly organized!
  • Be curious to discover and showcase the stories of Assystem's 7,500+ Switchers and the major projects they are working on!
  • Be capable of working on international topics with colleagues across 12 countries
  • A degree in Marketing/Communication or another relevant subject
  • A successful experience (or several) of at least 2 years as a Communications Officer (internal, external, 360Β°) is required - excluding internships and apprenticeships

Responsibilities

  • Implement Assystem's communication plan: Externally: To enhance our visibility and brand image, particularly by helping to manage our external social media channels (LinkedIn - with over 300k followers and Instagram) and our busy events programme
  • Create and write content about the company's activities
  • Produce engaging communication materials using various visual formats
  • Monitor communication trends, especially on social media, influence, and internal communication, to help us adjust our communication strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a good understanding of energy transition topics, especially the nuclear sector
  • The world of industry, engineering, and digital does not intimidate you!
  • Have knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut)
