Requirements
- Write short and long form copy
- 2+ years of experience in social media; familiarity with social media platforms
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while working under pressure to meet very tight deadlines
- Demonstrates an understanding of brands and branding, strategy, and target audience knowledge
- Comes with a shared ownership mindset and the confidence to take a risk
- Proven experience establishing strong and collaborative relationships across various internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Create content for product blogging, and community event amplification
- Write articles, newsletters, and communication materials for social media channels
- Develop community-specific communications including posts, blogs, carousel, and other program materials
- Post content across various platforms
- Manage communications within including launches, new programs, and super users
- Support the development and management of editorial calendars for community content
- Manage monthly newsletters
