Requirements

• Write short and long form copy
• 2+ years of experience in social media; familiarity with social media platforms
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while working under pressure to meet very tight deadlines
• Demonstrates an understanding of brands and branding, strategy, and target audience knowledge
• Comes with a shared ownership mindset and the confidence to take a risk
• Proven experience establishing strong and collaborative relationships across various internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Create content for product blogging, and community event amplification
• Write articles, newsletters, and communication materials for social media channels
• Develop community-specific communications including posts, blogs, carousel, and other program materials
• Post content across various platforms
• Manage communications within including launches, new programs, and super users
• Support the development and management of editorial calendars for community content
• Manage monthly newsletters
