Summary

Join Bogaard Group International (BGI) as a non-technical Project Manager! This remote position, based in Southern California (ideally Los Angeles), requires managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously. You will develop SOPs, reports, and trainings, gather information from consultants, establish deadlines, maintain project documentation, and proactively address issues. Strong writing skills, experience in private sector safety and security, and a relevant degree are essential. The role offers a collaborative work environment and a competitive salary.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in private sector safety and security or a related field required
  • Degree in Criminology, Law, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • High level of social awareness and emotional intelligence to foster strong, collaborative relationships both within the organization and with external clients
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Ability to multitask and balance competing deadlines and projects
  • Ability to travel domestically as required
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools, technology, and applications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day work required to develop SOPs, reports, and trainings in a user-friendly manner that aligns with BGI and the assigned clientโ€™s culture
  • When needed, gather information from BGIโ€™s Consultants and subject-matter experts to create deliverables that align with BGI and the assigned clientโ€™s culture
  • Establish deadlines and milestones for all assigned projects to ensure all projects remain on track
  • Maintain all documentation associated with assigned projects in accordance with BGI and client requirements
  • Proactively work to address any foreseen issues with timelines, resources, and/or personnel
  • Recommend opportunities to streamline processes and workflows associated with assigned projects
  • Remain flexible to the needs of assigned clients while balancing multiple priorities and projects
  • Support various operational and administrative duties for the company

Preferred Qualifications

Research experience is strongly preferred

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
