Community Development Intern

Summary

Join Reapra, a pioneering venture-building organization, as a Community Development Intern and co-develop a thriving network of future industry builders in Indonesia. You will bring together visionary entrepreneurs, foster collaboration, and support their journey of self-discovery and venture creation. This role involves building and growing the Indonesian Reapra community through innovative strategies, planning and executing events, managing social media, developing partnerships, and co-developing new systems to increase founder quality. You will also coordinate with Reapra teams and be involved in founder sourcing and onboarding. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by challenging the status quo in entrepreneurship and working in a flexible, remote setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a motivation to promote a non-traditional approach to entrepreneurship, and experience with community engagement and partnership strategies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a strong motivation to promote and support a new, non-traditional approach to entrepreneurship
• Able to work autonomously in a flexible, remote setting while managing multiple priorities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Experience with social media management, community engagement, and partnership strategies

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Indonesia Reapra community through innovative strategies & organic engagement
• Plan & execute events, meetings, and activities that will perpetually grow the community
• Manage social media platforms & create contents to increase visibility, engagement, and awareness of the community
• Develop partnership with like-minded organizations
• Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase founder quality
• Coordinate with teams across the Reapra organization to align efforts & achieve shared goals
• Involved in founder sourcing and onboarding process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in creating and growing communities from the ground up, both online and offline will be a strong advantage
