Founder's Associate Intern, Product Development

Summary

Join our Product Development Team as Founder's Associate Intern to work closely with VPs and receive unique insights into one of Europe's fastest-growing start-ups. Prepare business-critical presentations, set up analyses, collaborate on project management, and establish processes.

Requirements

• You've worked in fast-paced environments before, e.g., in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
• You have strong PPT and Excel skills (ThinkCell is a significant plus)
• You master strong analytical skills and have experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio
• You are highly structured and know how to divide and conquer complex problems , enabling you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
• You are known among your peers for a high sense of integrity and responsibility
• You will join us for a minimum 3 months, from January 2025 on
• You have excellent English writing and conversational skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare business-critical presentations for our Founder and VPs addressing the team or external stakeholders
• Set-up, maintain, and enhance recurring analyses to give the Executive Team strong visibility into the state of our business
• Collaborate with our VPs on project management, OKR setting, staffing modeling, and reporting
• Run ad-hoc analyses and research
• Establish processes and best practices to help our organization mature (e.g. removing silos, sharing knowledge & tooling between different departments)
• Support company events (e.g. offsites, team events, hackathon)
