Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in community operations or program coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks independently and with minimal training
• Networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Canva, and basic video editing software
• General understanding of Web3, blockchain, and AI technologies
• Familiarity with Discord and Telegram platforms
• Creativity and a knack for staying on top of emerging trends in digital communities

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of Sahara AI’s ambassador program
• Foster communication and engagement with ambassadors on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter
• Assist with organizing ambassador-led events, such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community activities
• Gather ambassador feedback and share it with the Lead Community Manager for actionable insights
• Coordinate with moderators and the community team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
• Monitor and report on program performance, including ambassador activity and community engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure ambassadors have the necessary resources to share high-quality UGC
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and community members to ensure alignment with program goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ambassador or influencer program management
• Knowledge of performance analytics and engagement tracking tools
• Experience with ambassador platforms like Dework.xyz
