Requirements

  • Familiarity with the blockchain industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sensitivity to hot topics and ability to actively engage and maintain community relationships
  • Ability to quickly make an impact in a crowd, active, strong execution skills, active thinking, positive attitude, meticulousness, strong sense of responsibility, and strong team cooperation spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage the community according to stage-specific targets and plans, implement user acquisition and maintain users
  • Increase community activity and plan and execute community activity topics, align with business need indicators
  • Mine user needs, plan, interact, execute, and track the effectiveness of online marketing activities for users' stickiness, activity, and conversion rates
  • Actively interact with users, discover potential and core users, promote user conversion, and develop a community key user cultivation plan
  • Record and analyze daily operational data, reflect social group/user behavior through data, improve the structure of the community, and optimize operational methods
  • Maintain close communication with community users, collect suggestions and feedback, and make timely adjustment and improvement plans, and communicate user feedback to relevant departments
