Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, digital marketing or related roles
• Proven expertise with CRM Marketing systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Demonstrated ability in user acquisition
• Excellent writing skills in English with a demonstrable ability to create compelling content
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, curious nature to learn, and pioneer initiatives
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), but also, ideally powerBI

Responsibilities

• Community optimization: Design and implement ad-hoc workflows on HubSpot to enhance the Evaluator journey, develop advanced database segmentation strategies, create tailored engagement approaches for new Evaluators
• Community Growth: Maximize conversion rates for new sign-ups, identify and capitalize on diverse recruitment channels, spearhead referral campaigns, conceptualize and execute innovative growth projects
• Community Engagement: Manage the creation, scheduling, testing, and deployment of email campaigns and newsletters, conduct ongoing email database housekeeping and segmentation, foster a positive Community atmosphere, lead reactivation campaigns
• Analytics and Reporting: Oversee budget allocation, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement, generate comprehensive reports on the efficacy of community initiatives, leverage data insights to refine content and engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• AI tools (MidJourney, Speechify, Eleven Labs, ChatGPT, Bard)
• Experience working with global, remote teams
• Understanding of the retail industry and luxury market
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
