Community Manager in Poland

Summary

The job involves managing local OKX community operations, growing the community, moderating forums and chat groups, collaborating with internal teams, organizing events, providing user feedback, and supporting KOL leads sourcing. The candidate should have relevant experience in customer support and be proficient in English and another European language. Previous experience with social media channels and a strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain are also required. Flexible hours and experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams are preferred.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer support
• Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord)
• Exceptional communication skills in English and another European language
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible

Responsibilities

• Moderate forums, chat groups, and social platforms
• Organize online events and assist in offline meet-ups
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives
• Explore new community-friendly platforms and groups
• Provide user feedback and market insights
• Support KOL leads sourcing
• Manage local OKX community operations
• Grow the local online and offline OKX community by building a new user conversion strategy
• Drive interactions in the local OKX forums, instant messaging platforms, and chat groups to increase positive engagement

• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
• Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
• Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
