Summary

The job is for a Community Engagement Manager in the brand & content team at Workleap. The role involves scaling the brand through strategic community engagement, influencer relationships, and virtual communities. The employee will build and nurture relationships with influencers and within HR communities, develop and execute strategies to engage with virtual communities, collaborate with stakeholders on events, represent the brand at events, engage with users in community forums, identify and collaborate with relevant third-party content creators, work closely with content creators to amplify content, monitor and evaluate impact of engagement efforts, and coordinate community events.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and within HR communities
  • Develop and execute the strategy to actively engage with virtual communities, industry forums, and social media groups
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify and support events and meetups
  • Represent our brand at these events and explore potential marketing partnerships and networking opportunities
  • Engage with communities to create positive perceptions of Workleap
  • Contribute to creating opportunities for our internal advocates, SMEs, and thought leaders
  • Engage with users in community forums and social media channels, providing timely and practical support
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant third-party blog owners, podcast hosts, YouTubers, and other content creators who share our target audience
  • Leverage these platforms to extend our brand's reach
  • Work closely with our content creators to amplify our articles, videos, and other content within external communities and partner channels to maximize visibility
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts on brand and product perception and awareness. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team and Customer Marketing Manager to ensure seamless alignment of user insights, feedback, and community engagement with product messaging and launch strategies
  • Partner closely with our Events Specialists to coordinate community events and collaborations
  • Media monitoring to react within the relevant community at the right moment with the appropriate context when necessary
  • Act as a representative of our brand across various online and in-person channels, when relevant
