The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role, deep understanding of Bitcoin, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in managing social media platforms, strong problem-solving abilities, and an analytical mindset.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Community Manager or similar role
• Deep understanding of Bitcoin
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse online communities
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms including Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, etc
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing user concerns
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from community data and metrics

Responsibilities

• Monitor and actively engage with the community on Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and other relevant platforms
• Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and feedback across social media channels
• Identify and address client issues or complaints effectively
• Develop and implement strategies to drive social selling initiatives
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in social selling or digital marketing is a plus
