Join Eleks Compensation & Benefits as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Ukraine! You will administer and manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, requiring a strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and regulatory compliance. This role demands experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in IT services, and a deep knowledge of relevant employment laws, particularly Ukrainian Labor Legislation. You will oversee daily operations of employee benefits, develop and implement policies, maintain data in HR systems, and act as a point of contact for specialist inquiries. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in the IT services sector
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws. Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Legislation
- Strong user in HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Workday, ADP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in multicultural, diverse environment; ability to define priorities in conflict situations
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain compensation programs
- Oversee the daily operations of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HR systems and generate reports for analysis and decision-making
- Act as a point of contact for specialists regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues
- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to educate specialists about compensation structures and benefits programs
- Collaborate with other teams to align compensation and benefits programs with performance management processes, ensuring equitable and performance-based rewards
- Support the development of incentive programs that motivate and retain high-performing employees
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to compensation and benefits, ensuring effective service delivery
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend changes or improvements as necessary
- Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation and benefits, such as system upgrades or program enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives
