Requirements
- Experience : 5+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or sales enablement within SaaS or tech
- Market Analysis : Strong ability to assess competitive landscapes and translate insights into strategy
- Product & GTM : Deep understanding of SaaS products and go-to-market strategies
- Communication : Excellent skills in writing, presenting, and influencing cross-functional teams
- Collaboration : Proven success working with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Training & Enablement : Experience developing and delivering competitive insights and product training
- Data-Driven : Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
- Adaptability : Agile, strategic thinker with a passion for market trends and innovation
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, threats, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence framework, gathering data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry reports
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Work closely with product teams to assess competitive differentiation and provide insights to drive product strategy
- Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for sales, customer success, and marketing teams
- Partner with marketing and sales to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies based on competitive insights
- Monitor emerging technologies, business models, and strategies within the SaaS industry to anticipate future trends
- Establish a system for tracking and disseminating competitive intelligence to key stakeholders in a timely and impactful manner
- Act as a backup resource for product marketing initiatives, supporting key campaigns, launches, and content development
