This role requires meticulous attention to detail, independent problem-solving, excellent time management, and experience in data entry, B2B customer service, or administration.

• Be excellent with time management and pride yourself on staying on top of things
• Have a degree, certificate, or a few years of data entry, B2B customer service, or administrative experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of our compliance customers’ state job bank accounts to ensure they are compliant with their job posting regulations
• Troubleshoot any job posting issues that arise
• Work across 56 different state job banks in building relationships and fine-tuning processes to ensure fast and efficient employer account registrations and job postings
• Reviewing and resolving account issues, escalating as needed
• Communicating with and maintaining Employer accounts
• Auditing accounts for internal quality assurance
• Assisting with other projects or tasks within the team as needed
