Requirements

• Be meticulous with details and enjoy a challenge
• Work independently on resolving customer issues and ensuring specific rules and standards are followed to maintain compliance and high client satisfaction
• Be excellent with time management and pride yourself on staying on top of things
• Have a degree, certificate, or a few years of data entry, B2B customer service, or administrative experience, or the equivalent combination of education and professional work experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of compliance customers’ state job bank accounts to ensure they are compliant with their job posting regulations
• Troubleshoot any job posting issues that arise
• Work across 56 different state job banks in building relationships and fine-tuning processes to ensure fast and efficient employer account registrations and job postings
• Reviewing and resolving account issues, escalating as needed
• Communicating with and maintaining Employer accounts
• Auditing accounts for internal quality assurance
• Assisting with other projects or tasks within the team as needed
