Compliance Analyst

Summary

Join Ritual, a company building an execution layer for AI, as a Compliance Analyst. You will ensure internal processes and policies meet regulatory, ethical, and company standards. This hands-on role requires strong compliance knowledge, organizational skills, and collaboration. You will develop, monitor, and enforce policies, conduct audits, train employees, manage risks and incidents, and report to senior leadership. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Master's or compliance certification preferred) and relevant experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (for example, GDPR, AML, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity

Responsibilities

• Draft, update, and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Conduct regular audits of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to company policies and identify potential compliance risks
• Design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical conduct
• Identify compliance risks, propose mitigation strategies, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions
• Investigate reports of non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and oversee their implementation
• Prepare and deliver regular compliance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key issues, trends, and areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or compliance certification
• Experience developing and conducting employee training programs
• Proficiency in compliance management software or tools
• Familiarity with Web3, financial services, AI
• Preferably in a startup or high-growth company
